Commonwealth Legal Alert (CLA) is a weekly alert of cases and legal news from selected foreign jurisdictions, mainly commonwealth countries. The jurisdictions covered include the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, China and the United States. In addition to providing summaries of news and cases, CLA facilitates access to the full text of the cases via hyperlink.
